 Albuquerque:

Old Town Albuquerque was founded in 1706 and named in honor of the Spanish Duke of Albuquerque. The San Felipe de Neri Church on the northwest corner of the Plaza is one of the original buildings built in Albuquerque by the original European settlers. It has offered services for almost three centuries.
Today, the Old Plaza is surrounded by shops, art galleries, and restaurants offering all manner of arts and crafts and numerous regional culinary delicacies - some of them virtually impossible to find elsewhere. Native Americans and local artisans vend their handicrafts around the area and are delighted to bargain with their buyers in the manner of another age and custom.
