Twin Warriors Golf Course

Home for the 36th PGA Club Professional Championship - 2006
Twin Warriors Golf Club is eighteen holes of high desert, championship golf routed in and around 20 ancient cultural sites of previous habitation and activity. The course has beautiful grassy knolls and ridges dotted with Juniper and Pinon Pine (a wonderfully refreshing aroma lingers in the very air you breathe). Wonderful dry river washes known as arroyo's and eroded land features, along with the sacred butte known as Tuyuna or "Snakehead" complete a picture framed by spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains.

Santa Ana Golf Club

Santa Ana Golf Club is the award winning sister course to Twin Warriors Golf Club. The course is ranked in the prestigious top 100 in the country by both Golf Digest and Golfweek.

The Santa Ana Golf Club is a daily fee golf course - only one fee for the entire day! The golf course offers the glorious natural splendor of the Santa Ana Pueblo. Located north of Albuquerque, NM and woven through the desert along the Great Rio Grande, it is surrounded by the grandeur of the Jemez Mountains to the west, the Sangre de Cristos to the north, and the Sandia Mountains immediately east, offering a spectacular view of the 10,000-foot Sandia Peak. Native grasses, subtle mounding and eight crystal-blue lakes will inspire and challenge you to play your best.

Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club has been selected as one of the Top 100 Modern Courses in America by GolfWeek Magazine which has just published their seventh annual list of America's Best Classical and Modern Golf Courses for 2006. The award-winning course was listed as #23 in America among over 10,000 "modern courses" which includes all courses built since 1960. Paa-Ko Ridge was also selected by the publication as the #1 Public Access Course in New Mexico.

Guest Rooms & Amenities

Many of the hotel's 350 pueblo-style guestrooms and suites open to a private patio or balcony overlooking the scenic mountains and native cottonwood trees of New Mexico, the Grand Courtyard or Twin Warriors Golf Club. The rich history of old New Mexico is reflected in the architecture and ambiance of the pueblo-style buildings and open-air courtyards. The decor of every guestroom showcases traditional designs used in the Santa Ana Pueblo's pottery and blankets. The use of natural materials like stone, wood and adobe combined with woven textures and shades of maize, pumpkin and turquoise contribute to the authentic style of Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa. Suites offer the added luxury and convenience of a separate parlor to accommodate small business meetings or intimate gatherings

Sunset Golf - Plaza Pool - Mountain Vista.

Each room opens onto a private patio or balcony with either mountain, pool courtyard or the Golf course.

The decor reflects traditional Pueblo designs used in the Santa Ana Pueblo's pottery and blankets. All room are air-conditioned, color television, refrigerator, plush bath-robes, coffee makers, hair dryers.

Junior Suites

A total of 11 Junior Suites. These can be 1 or 2 bedroom (surcharge for 2 bedroom). The living room area is the size of a regular guest room. The bedroom has a king size bed.

Conference Suites

A total of 9 Conference Suites. These can be 1 or 2 bedroom (surcharge for 2 bedroom). The living room area also has a conference table set for 6 people. The bedroom has a king size bed.

VIP Suites

A total of 2 VIP Suites. These can be 1 or 2 bedroom (surcharge for 2 bedroom). The living room area also has a conference table set for 6 people. The bedroom has a king size bed.

Presidential Suites

There is one presidential Suite. The living room area is the size of 3 regular guest rooms and also has a conference table set for 6 people. The bedroom has a king size bed.

We suggest reservations be made 48 hours in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred treatment times.
Children under 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities, however some spa and salon treatments are available with parental supervision.



Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will end as scheduled in order to keep the integrity of the spa.

Cancellations

Spa Cancellations and changes are accepted up to (4) hours prior to the appointment without penalty. Cancellations or changes less than (4) hours to treatment time will be charges in full.

Additionally

We ask that you please leave all pagers and cell phones "off" so that the tranquility of the Tamaya Mist experience may be preserved.
Smoking and alcohol is not permitted at Tamaya Mist.
Gratuities for your therapists and salon technicians are appreciated: a spa consultant will assist you.

East Indian Experience
Experience an ancient tradition of healing that utilizes nurturing massage, uniquely blended oils, gentle exfoliation, and heat. The treatment begins with a massage, and you are then carefully wrapped in linen treated with a special mixture of herbs. Pueblo Dry Brush Therapy
Journey back to simpler times. this deluxe body treatment features exfoliation, a luxurious body masque and aromatic indigenous moisturizers. Begin with a gentle brushing of the skin using a soft natural bristle brush. This will remove dead skin cells, stimulate the circulation and softly awaken the entire body. An aromatic blend of native grains and essential oils is than hand-applied to form a nourishing body masque. As you are lightly wrapped an indulgent head and neck or foot massage sends you to relaxation. You are gently awakened as the mask is removed in the gommage style. You will take with you not only the brush, but also a new ritual that you can perform daily at home.

The flavors of this area are a blending of these cultures. Tamaya's chefs have created innovative dishes that incorporate traditional New Mexican ingredients with nouvelle cuisine. Staples of this region are red and green chile, enchiladas, tamales, chorizo, posole, tortillas and pion nuts. You will find these items throughout our menus. Try our take on enchiladas and order the Wild Mushroom And Duck Enchilada from the Santa Ana Caf or the Chorizo Sausage as part of the Rotisserie from Corn Maiden
restaurant. Relax by the Plaza Pool Bar and Grill and have a New Mexican Chopped Salad with pion nuts. The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa's fine dining adobe-style restaurant The Corn Maiden overlooks the beautiful Sandia Mountains and is the resort's specialty restaurant serving dinner only Tuesday thru Saturday.  The restaurant offers a wide variety of wines, full bar and a perfect view of New Mexico's spectacular sunsets! Try the rotisserie, which offers endless servings of skewered, spit fired meats, fowl and fish accompanied by marinated, grilled and roasted vegetables.
