Services Available:
The Event Lawn is available for wedding ceremonies as well as intimate gatherings.  
 
Complimentary self-parking is available for your guests.  Valet services can be arranged at an additional fee.
 
Ceremony Includes
White wooden chairs, sound system, set- up, breakdown, ceremony rehearsal, use of resort grounds for photography and for evening ceremonies, beautifully appointed event lawn lighting.
 
Reception Includes
Tables, white wooden chairs, dance floor, white linens, china, silver and glassware, set -up and breakdown.
 
Catering
CopperWynd must cater all food and beverage items.  Menu selections can include a choice of up to two different entrée choices.  Guaranteed attendance is necessary 72 hours before the day of your event.
 
Wedding Cakes 
Our Pastry Chef is available to create your wedding cake.  Prices range between six and eleven dollars per person (please ask for a list of current fillings and cake types).
 
Music
Live bands and DJs are welcome to use our Event Lawn for ceremony & reception music. A variety of musical entertainment companies and bands can be referred by us. Please note that all music and dancing must conclude at 10:00pm. 
  
The Spa
The exclusivity and elegance of our spa provides an array of European-inspired therapies for your indulgence. Featuring natural skin and body treatments, relaxing and rejuvenating signature massage treatments, manicures and pedicures. CopperWynd is happy to customize special Spa Packages for Brides and Bridal Parties.
 
Rehearsal Dinner
Whether your party is large or small, we can assist you in planning the perfect rehearsal dinner in our beautifully appointed private dining room or event lawn with the breathtaking view of the Sonoran Desert.
 
Guarantee
It is necessary that the Catering Manager be informed of the exact number of people who will attend your special event at least 72 hours prior to the event date. This number will be a guaranteed minimum, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. If a guarantee is not given to the resort 72 hours in advance, the estimated number on the event order will become the guarantee.
 
Serving of Alcoholic Beverages
Our legal responsibility requires that proof of age be able to be produced for anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 who wishes to consume alcoholic beverages. We highly recommend all guests that fall into the above category bring a form of valid identification on the day of your wedding.
 
As the bride and groom, in the event that you and any of your wedding party are between the ages of 21 and 30 or are fortunate enough to appear under the age of 30, please provide us with a form of valid identification at least four weeks prior to your wedding. By having this information in advance, it will help prevent any embarrassment that might be caused by requesting identification of  you and your guest on your special evening. Without proper identification, we would be in a situation of not being able to serve you.
